Do I have to create multiple master accounts to claim my free panes for each account?

And why, pray tell, did they do it this way? I already have everything set up with the in-game store. isn't that good enough?

Im in same boat mate - i also use online shop which i thought was tied to ncsoft ... once again anet spreads mass confusion.

it would help if NCsofts site actually worked correctly theres a few people in the alliance that i belong to who get to the enter security image page only to find theres no image or that they enter the image only to be told that its expired.

this sucks

Give it time, I'm sure that the NC store is just flooded under with everyone trying to get their free pane and anything else they want (the makeovers look interesting but not at ??6 but thats personal choice.)

All your guild wars accounts can be linked to one master ncsoft account. Sometimes it doesn't work the first time. Keep trying.

I've never liked how the GW and NCsoft account were linked. When passwords were only edited on NCsoft accounts, I could never edit mine. the ncsoft account is a mess.

I got 2 of them within 30mins. I have to GW accounts. Just kept trying over and over again. NCSOFT is lagged because of everyone else trying too get their storage panes.
